Yes. We freeze RawMate immediately after we pack each individual serve. This locks in the freshness and allows a more generous shelf life at optimal quality. All you need to do is thaw and serve. Become your dogs meal-time hero.

How often do I feed?

Our Veterinarians recommend feeding an adult dog twice a day. After calculating and planning your dog’s total needs, we split the total into two convenient packages so that all you need to do is Thaw and Serve twice daily. Easy.

How is the price calculated?

The price varies according to the frequency of your delivery, length of commitment and protein chosen.

We reserve our best price for the RawMate 10 Day Combo Trial which is available only once per dog/household.

Is RawMate a Subscription Service?

Yes. We offer the ability to subscribe so you can let us handle the messy stuff.

We may even make you a bonus offer from time to time in return for a commitment of service.

This allows us greater leverage when negotiating ingredient purchase rates with our local suppliers and ensures we are able to supply to your dogs needs.

We make it easy to leave should you ever make that decision. Though we're pretty confident your dog wouldn't forgive you if you did.

Can I purchase RawMate week to week without Subscribing?

Some times. Yes. We reserve our best pricing for committed members of the RawMate Pack. That being said, we do have overflow from time to time and can sometimes cater to casual purchase requests.
